NYFW Review & Photos: Duckie Brown Fall/Winter 2013

Duckie Brown Fall/Winter 2013 show was full of surprises. The first being that the music stopped while the models were walking the u-shaped runway. While everyone was shocked, the show continued without a hitch. The music returned for the final walk through. Everyone was left thinking, was this planned? I’d like to think it was all planned by designers, Steven Cox and Daniel Silver. There were no distractions, just the models walking and the sounds of several camera shutters.

Pushing the envelope is Duckie Brown strongest attribute. For example, coats that are made to be worn backwards or extra long pull-over sweaters. It’s this playfulness that keeps us wanting more. We love to see creativity in menswear and Duckie Brown supply’s us with a great deal of it.
