NYFW Review & Photos: Joseph Abboud Fall/Winter 2013

Joseph Abboud F/W 2013

Joseph Abboud has continuously been one of our favorites every season, with the Fall/Winter 2013 season being no exception. For the F/W 2013 season, Creative Director Bernardo Rojo was inspired by determined daredevils and enterprising leaders who put a man on the moon. Capturing the spirit of the 60’s, a decade that produced the futuristic white curves of the TWA Flight Center and the metallic spacesuits of the Apollo Missions amidst a rich night sky – the Fall/Winter 2013 season offers a color palette that combines deep dark hues with incandescent accents. Outwear plays with volume and technology meets textiles in tailored suits, ushering in a new era of American menswear.

The collection features pieces that are classic, but with a slight edge with the use of different fabrics and textures. As far as accessories, Joseph Abboud F/W 2013 features ostrich leather bags, pony hair wallets and belts.
