BFA 5359 616514 NYFW Review & Photos: Alejandro Ingelmo Fall/Winter 2013

It amazes me how Alejandro Ingelmo can out do his previous collections each season, but he seems to do it effortlessly. For his Fall/Winter 2013 collection, he kept the sleek and modern look with the use of different textures, such as crocodile embossed patent leather.

Another prominent feature of the Fall/Winter 2013 collection is reflective metallic that was used on the sneakers and casual-dress shoes, including classic leather loafers with a subtle brushed off-metallic sheen. To compliment the presentation, artist Ivan Navarro created a light installation that featured neon and plexi-glass display boxes custom designed by Alejandro Ingelmo.
