Event: Levi's Fall 2011 Collection Presentation.

On March 30, 2011 I had the opportunity to attend Levi’s Fall 2011 Collection Presentation in SoHo, NYC. This was a well executed event! Upon entering the event you immediately noticed a duo that go by The Bumbys, completely disguised with red wigs, sunglasses and scarves they were out to write fair and honest appraisals on your appearance. (Check out what they had to say about me below.) Then you entered the main room which had several different scenes, each invoking a different feel. Each scene had a model or models in them placed to look as if you were looking at an ad. Might I add that the sets were very nice! As guests viewed the Fall Collection they sipped on specialty Kanon Organic Vodka cocktails.

In my opinion the Fall 2011 Collection is a mix between hipster and rocker, when Williamsburg meets L.E.S. I look forward to the release of the collection. Check out the photos below to see what I mean.

The Bumbys

On my appearance…”I don’t exactly remember the name of the game show where Regis Philbin….oh yes, thats right, it was Who Want To Be A Millionaire? Anyways, my point being that I could definitely see you a my lifeline on that how but only if the questions were about how to be effortlessly stylish while also conveying that you have read Kant and Debord. You could have been a doctor, but the hour are shit and that no life for such a fly character. (Funny thing is I actually was in school to become a Doctor of Pharmacy).
