On Saturday, August 3, 2019, Stony Brook Southampton Hospital hosted its 61st Annual Summer Party under air-conditioned tents in the fields at Wickapogue Road and Old Town Road, Southampton. The renowned Summer Party is the largest fundraising event in the Hamptons and this year benefited the Jenny & John Paulson Emergency Department. All proceeds raised from this year’s event will help to sustain Stony Brook Southampton Hospital’s Emergency Department, which is open 24/7 year-round for residents as well as visitors and summer guests.
This year’s party was emceed by lead news anchor at WNBC Chuck Scarborough and was attended by the who’s who of Southampton. Guests included: Marigay Mckee, CEO and Founder, MM Luxe Consulting, Fern Mallis, Fashion Icon, Mercedes Ruehl, Actress, Jean & Martin Shafiroff, Philanthropists, and Sachin & Babi Ankasa, Designers, who were this year’s Fashion Chairs. Other VIP guests also attended the event, celebrating the momentous occasion with cocktails, dinner and dancing.
